These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions on this site.

Please read these Terms and Conditions and ensure that you are familiar with them.  They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time and you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions each time you place an order.

Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.

General
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy Policy. These terms and conditions only cover petfoodshopheathfield.co.uk website. Any other websites to which you link from this site, or were linked to petfoodshopheathfield.co.uk from, are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Our Contract
You must check and correct any errors in your order up until the moment you submit your order by clicking the “Pay securely with Worldpay” button. After submitting an order to us we will be provided with Order Number and details of the products you have ordered, this information is only an acknowledgement, not an acceptance of your order.

When we accept your order this creates a legally binding contract between us and we will then send you an email or text to confirm payment has been received and your order is ready.

We may decline all or part of your order for any reason, and we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know. When deciding whether or not to accept your order we, or our payment processing partner, may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference and fraud detection agencies. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (see our delivery page for information and prices). The total cost of your order is the price of the products you have ordered and the applicable delivery charge.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative item. We try to keep all information on this site as accurately as possible, however, occasionally errors can and do occur. All costs and discounts will be set out clearly before you submit your order.

If an error does occur in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and ask if you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. We accept payment by the cards listed on our website and on the Checkout page. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

We are unable to accept any vouchers, coupons or redeem Customer Loyalty points through this online site.  No customer loyalty points can be accrued or spent on online purchases.

Delivery and Click and Collect
We can only deliver your purchases locally by our own delivery vehicle (within 10 mile approx radius of TN21 8LG). Please contact the store on 01435 864652 for times and delivery slots before placing your order.  Our days of delivery are currently Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10am and 3pm. (excluding Bank Holidays) The days and times are subject to change at short notice. Distance is calculated from this store (TN21 8LG) to your delivery postcode using our distance calculator in store at the time of order. Postcodes we can deliver to are TN21, TN22, TN6, TN20, TN5, TN19, TN32, TN33, BN27, BN26 and BN8 only.

We currently do not use a courier service and cannot deliver or send goods out of our local area.

A Click and Collect service is available at The Pet Food Shop, Heathfield, East Sussex, TN21 8LG.  The service is available for online and telephone orders only and collection is subject to availability and shop opening times.

There is a minimum order value of £5.00 on any Click and Collect Shopping order. Payment is taken when you place an order. The Click and Collect Shopping service is available from 08.30 hrs to 15.00 hrs Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). We are closed on Sundays.  Orders placed after 15.00 hrs on a Saturday will not be ready for collection until 10am Monday, subject to availability.  Orders placed around a Bank Holiday will not be ready until the next working week day e.g. Good Friday orders can be collected on the following Tuesday, subject to availability.

We will make every effort to ensure that your orders placed before 15.00 hrs will be available for collection within 2 hrs from the time of the order but this cannot be guaranteed.  Orders place after 15.00 hrs will be available for collection by 10.00 hrs the next working day subject to availability and store opening hours.  If your order is not available for collection we may ask you to wait or to return at an agreed time.

You will be unable to amend your order once placed but can telephone 01435 864652 to cancel the order within 2 hrs of placing the order and we will issue a refund within 4 working days.

Click and Collect products are picked from the store on the day of order and stored at the temperature appropriate to that product until you arrive. Our stock levels vary throughout the day and it is possible that the ordered product may not be available but a similar substitute product may be available in store.  If a product becomes unavailable before collection of the order and you are not willing to accept the substitute we will issue a refund or credit for that item.

Frozen product orders must be picked up by the close of business on the day of the order being placed. We cannot store ordered frozen products overnight due to limited storage space. Frozen product orders not collected before close of business on the day of the order being placed will be cancelled and a refund will be issued within 48hrs.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not collect it within 48 hrs.

To collect your order please bring the following: Booking Confirmation or Valid photographic ID and your Payment Card.  Orders will not be released without these items.

We cannot accept liability if the service is limited, unavailable or products are unavailable due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the availability of the Click and Collect Shopping service at any time and without notice.
