CHRISTMAS RAW FOOD ORDERING DATES
Pet Shop Heathfield Christmas
Please ensure that your pets’ raw diet supply is sufficient for the festive season. We will not be able to place orders with our suppliers from the 18th of December 2024, to the 2nd of January 2025.
Due to limited freezer storage capacity, we request that customers needing a specific quantity of frozen raw food during the festive season pre-order, pay in advance, and collect their items from the shop on the delivery day, as we cannot store orders overnight.
After you place your order, we will notify you of the expected delivery date.
All products are subject to availability and dependent on the wholesaler’s stock levels. Should any ordered and paid-for products be unavailable, we will issue a refund or offer a comparable alternative.
Please ensure to pre-order any non-frozen items by Thursday 12th December.

The final week for Local Deliveries before Christmas will commence on Monday 16th December 2024.
Local deliveries will resume in the New Year starting from Monday 6th January 2025.
All other deliveries are subject to availability, as courier companies become extremely busy during this season. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for Christmas.
