Delivery Days and Areas
We provide a local delivery service with our own vehicle, as well as Mainland UK* delivery through a courier service.
Deliveries to the UK Mainland are usually made within 3 to 5 working days from ordering.
Local deliveries are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays, excluding Bank Holidays, severe weather conditions, or travel restrictions. We apologise in advance if this causes any inconvenience.
Please leave any delivery instructions in the notes box at the checkout when ordering online.
We currently offer free delivery for local orders exceeding £70.00 per delivery.
Orders eligible for free delivery cannot be divided into multiple shipments. Orders below £70 will be subject to a £6.00 delivery fee. Deliveries are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays only.
Deliveries will be placed in a predetermined location.
If a scheduled delivery day falls on a Bank Holiday, Monday deliveries will occur on the following Tuesday.
Please note, free delivery does not extend to UK Mainland deliveries.

We deliver to postcodes (within an approximate 15 mile radius): TN21, TN20, TN22, TN19, TN32, TN33, TN5, TN6, and BN27. If your postcode is not listed, please call the shop at 01435 864652.
Please note, delivery orders under £70 will incur a delivery charge.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES
We use a courier service for UK Mainland deliveries which are typically completed within 3 to 5 working days after placing an order.
Please note that Frozen Food and Treats, Aerosols, and Medication cannot be delivered via courier. These items remain available for in-store collection.
Courier Tariffs are as follows:
0 to 2 kg – £6.00, 2.001 to 9.999kg – £10.00, 10.00 to 14.999g – £15.00, 15 to 29.999kg – £22.50 and 30 to 50kg – £30.00
*UK Mainland Only we cannot deliver to: Channel Islands, Scottish Offshore Islands or Isle of Man.
Click and Collect (Local Pickup) Service
The Pet Food Shop, Heathfield, East Sussex, TN21 8LG provide a click and collect service.
This service is exclusively for online and telephone orders, subject to availability.
The minimum order value for Click and Collect Shopping is £5.00.
The Click and Collect service is available Monday – Saturday 08.30am to 15.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays and Sundays).
Orders placed after 15.00pm on a Saturday will be ready for collection from 10am the following Monday.
Orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be ready to collect the next working week day e.g. Good Friday orders can be collected on the following Tuesday, subject to availability.
We aim to have orders available for collection within 2hrs from the time of order (subject to them being placed before 15.00pm). Orders place after 15.00pm will be available for collection by 10am the next working day (subject to availability and opening hours). If your order is not yet available for collection we may ask you to wait or to return at the agreed time.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended. However, you may call 01435 864652 to cancel the order within 2 hours, and a refund will be issued within 48 hours.
Payment is taken when you place an order.
Click and Collect products are picked from the store on the day of order and stored at the temperature appropriate to that product until you arrive.
Our stock levels vary throughout the day. If a product becomes unavailable before collection of the order we will issue a refund or credit for that item or it is possible that a substitute product may be available in store.
Frozen product orders must be picked up by the close of business on the day of the order being placed. We cannot store ordered frozen products overnight due to limited storage space. Frozen product orders not collected before close of business on the day of the order being placed will be cancelled and a refund will be issued within 4 working days.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not collect it within 48 hrs.
To collect your order please bring the following: Booking Confirmation or Valid photographic ID and your Payment Card. Orders will not be released without these items.
We cannot accept liability if the service is limited, unavailable or products are unavailable due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the availability of the Click and Collect Shopping service at any time and without notice.
