Click & Collect – Heathfield

Order your pets essentials online or by phone and collect them conveniently from our shop.
Orders are help for 48 hours once ready. After that, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any uncollected orders.

We are open Monday to Saturday, 08.30 – 17.00, and closed on Sundays & bank holidays.
Orders placed after 15.00 on Saturday (or on bank holidays) will be ready by 10.00 the next working day.

We aim to prepare click & collect order promptly – those placed before 15.00 are available within ~2 hours, while later orders will be ready the following morning.
All orders must be collected within 48 hours.
Minimum payment is £5
Please bring your booking confirmation (or valid ID) and the payment card used.

Local Delivery – Wednesday A & B

We’ve updated our local delivery schedule to two Wednesday routes (these alternate each week, please contact us for dates):

• Wednesday A (formerly Monday) covers Heathfield, Cross-in-Hand, Frant, Five Ashes, Hadlow Down, Blackboys, Mayfield, Rotherfield, Mark Cross, Wadhurst, Buxted, Crowborough, Waldron, Uckfield
• Wednesday B: Maynards Green, Vines Cross, Horam, Gun Hill, Chiddingly, Golden Cross, Magham Down, Bodle Street, Rushlake Green, Punnetts Town, Robertsbridge, Dallington, Old Heathfield, Burwash, Etchingham, Hurst Green

These services reach homes within a roughly 15-mile radius (postcodes TN20, TN21, TN22, TN19, TN32, TN33, TN5, TN6 and BN27).
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee delivery that week.

Delivery is free for order over £70, otherwise a £6 charge applies. Please specify any delivery instructions (e.g. “leave in shed”) in the notes box when ordering.

UK Mainland Courier Delivery

We ship via courier across mainland UK*, typically delivering within 3-5 working days.

Delivery fees are as follows:

0 – 0.9 kg: £6.50 | 1 – 4.9kg: £10.50 | 5 – 9.9kg: £12.50 | 10 – 14.9kg: £16 | 15 – 29.9kg: £25 | 30 – 50kg: £35

PLEASE NOTE, FROZEN FOOD, AEROSOLS, AND MEDICATION CANNOT BE SHIPPED VIA COURIER – these must be collected in-store or arranged via local delivery.
