Tetra Pond MediFin is a versatile treatment for ornamental pond fish. Its blend of active ingredients effectively addresses a variety of common fish diseases. It not only combats parasitic and bacterial infections like fin rot and fungal issues but also helps in treating wounds. Tetra Pond MediFin effectively disinfects garden pond water. It can also be used preventively, such as before and after a dormancy period or when introducing new fish.

Shake thoroughly before use. Add 50 ml of Tetra Pond MediFin for every 1,000 litres of garden pond water, and ensure it is evenly distributed throughout the pond.

Instructions for proper use:

Avoid using UV clarifiers, synthetic resin, or activated carbon to filter the water during treatment. The treatment cycle lasts four to seven days, starting with a one-time dosage on the first day. The remedy works over the following days. Activated carbon can be used to filter the water at the end of each cycle, ensuring the filter is not heavily soiled. Additional aeration is recommended. A second dosage can be applied to the pond after the water has been filtered. For ponds with low water temperatures or white spot disease, at least two treatment cycles are suggested. Using the treatment preventatively, especially after dormancy or when introducing new fish, is also advised.
