Delivery Days and Areas
We offer a local delivery service using our delivery vehicle and a Mainland UK* delivery using a courier company. Please leave any delivery instructions in the notes box at the checkout when ordering online. UK Mainland deliveries are usually made within 3 to 5 working days from ordering and local deliveries are on Mondays and Wednesdays (see below) with the exception of Bank Holidays, Adverse weather conditions, Covid lockdowns or travel restrictions we apologise in advance if this causes any inconvenience
We are currently offering free delivery on local deliveries only for any order over £70.00 per delivery. The free delivery order cannot be split into multiple deliveries. Any orders under £70 will incur a delivery charge of £6.00. Local Delivery days are Mondays and Wednesdays only. You must inform us if you are self isolating when you place your order. All deliveries will be left in a pre arranged designated place. if the normal delivery day for your area falls on a Bank Holiday they will be delivered as follows: Monday deliveries will be the next day on a Tuesday. Free delivery is not available for UK Mainland deliveries.

Postcodes (within an approximate 15 mile radius only) that we deliver to are TN21, TN20, TN22, TN19, TN32, TN33, TN5, TN6, and BN27. If your postcode is not listed, please contact the shop on 01435 864652. Delivery Orders under £60 are subject to a delivery charge.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES
We use a courier service for UK Mainland deliveries. We are unable to delivery any Frozen Food or Treats, Aerosols or Medication using the courier service so, please do not order them for delivery. They are still available for collection within the store.
Courier Tariffs are as follows:
0 to 2 kg – £6.00, 2.001 to 9.999kg – £10.00, 10.00 to 14.999g – £15.00, 15 to 29.999kg – £22.50 and 30 to 50kg – £30.00
UK Mainland Only we cannot deliver to: Channel Islands, Scottish Offshore Islands or Isle of Man.
Click and Collect (Local Pickup) Service
A Click and Collect service is available at The Pet Food Shop, Heathfield, East Sussex, TN21 8LG. The service is available for online and telephone orders only and collection is subject to availability. There is a minimum order value of £5.00 on any Click and Collect Shopping order. The Click and Collect Shopping service is available from 08.30am to 15.00pm Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). We are closed on Sundays. Orders placed after 15.00pm on a Saturday will not be ready for collection until 10am on Monday. Orders placed around a Bank Holiday will not be ready until the next working week day e.g. Good Friday orders can be collected on the following Tuesday, subject to availability. We will make every effort that your orders placed before 15.00pm will be available for collection within 2 hrs from the time of the order. Orders place after 15.00pm will be available for collection by 10am the next working day. Subject to availability and store opening hours. If your order is not yet available for collection we may ask you to wait or to return at the agreed time. You will be unable to amend your order once placed but can telephone 01435 864652 to cancel the order within 2 hrs and we will issue a refund within 48hrs. Payment is taken when you place an order. Click and Collect products are picked from the store on the day of order and stored at the temperature appropriate to that product until you arrive. Our stock levels vary throughout the day and it is possible that a substitute product may be available in store. If a product becomes unavailable before collection of the order we will issue a refund or credit for that item. Frozen product orders must be picked up by the close of business on the day of the order being placed. We cannot store ordered frozen products overnight due to limited storage space. Frozen product orders not collected before close of business on the day of the order being placed will be cancelled and a refund will be issued within 4 working days. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not collect it within 48 hrs. To collect your order please bring the following: Booking Confirmation or Valid photographic ID and your Payment Card. Orders will not be released without these items. We cannot accept liability if the service is limited, unavailable or products are unavailable due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the availability of the Click and Collect Shopping service at any time and without notice.
